Abstract
The aim of this research was to design and test a model of the role of learning approach, leadership style,and organizational learning culture on job performance of in employees is Urmia University in . Data was collected from 215 employees of urmia university that was selected with simple random sampling method.learning approach kirby (2003)، chronbach alpha reliability(.90), questionnaire bass and Oliver (2004)، chronbach alpha reliability(.96) Leadership style, job performance questionnaire Paterson(1991)،chronbach alpha reliability(.91),organizational learning culture questionnaire Marsyk and Watkins(2003) chronbach alpha ،reliability(.93). was used to collect deta. Data were analyzed using pearson s correlation coefficient, model, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling approach, an analytical model for exploratory analysis. The results showed that it is better to prepare the organization to enhance the employees performance such as leadership style, organizational learning and culture employees learning approach is recommended. Also keep in mind that the relationships was established between these factors to explain the employees، job performance. That is, how much it will improve or deteriorate،it.
